So after years of the boss’s lamentations about how rando delivery personnel would just leave packages at the back of our building at any time of any day, I finally made a sign for the door.

My sister found a package “delivered” when the business was closed over a weekend in some bushes on the property.
The delivery folks don’t care.

Years ago, my sister (in France) found the missing box half a year later - it had been thrown over the wall in an area of the garden not usually frequented.
