I bought these key chains from Michaels[Key Chain]

Can engrave on them? If so what settings should I use?

According to the product description, it is mdf which you can engrave. With any non Proofgrade material, you may have to do some testing to dial in your settings. A good place to start is the setting for medium draftboard.
If you have the Aura, Glowforge does not recommend engraving/cutting mdf.

Considering the design, you can make your own much easier. Have you already sone the sublimation?
