Thank you! It is just two pieces (forming a plus from above), and about 6 inches tall. I tried to fill out the space in between the branches with leaves (even glueing leaves to leaves) so that the end result is roundish.

Hereā€™s a closeup with the glass removed to give you a sense of how the tree went together:

Thatā€™s very cool!

(Not that Iā€™m trying to figure out this very thing for gingerbread or anything :))

Meticulous work. The shading on the leaves is superb. May I ask what type of pigment you used? Looks airbrushed. :sunglasses:

Ah, yes. That is less surprising. (Not any less cool though.)

It looks watercolored to me. With a wide brush.

This is exceptional! I would be excited to see what you do with other seasons.

OK, thatā€™s awesome!

Thank you all :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

I used watercolor, I think the brand is Daniel Smith, but I have a mix of tubes.

There have been many asks for doing a springtime cherry blossom tree, hopefully I can pull that together

Fantastic project! SO well done!

Beautiful artwork you made there!

Donā€™t suppose you can share info on the book you used (Title, Author, ISBN)?
I bought a similar book years ago and now cannot find it. I remember it taking ages to find a good one.
