My nephew loves cars and puzzles, so I made these for his birthday out of PG Maple Plywood. The car pictures came from Google somewhere, and the puzzle cutout came from here. File included in case anybody wants it.
They turned out great and are on their way to him.

great design. My grandson is not yet ready for even a 6 piece puzzle but might be able to have fun with this. 4 of the same cars, now each car is one piece that fits into the larger frame.
