Honestly, I would like to start looking at the options and prices so I can start getting project ideas together and figure out cost. Also, I would prefer to slowly buy materials in advance and build up a stock over time instead of having to make a big purchase at one time.
It’s $150 worth of proofgrade. Glowforge choose which. It has changed over time, but for me was mostly maple with a little clear acrylic and leather.
The store and catalog credit that you can spend on whatever you want is the $20 per month one.

The will send a starter pack and you have no choice in this but they try to make it a good sampling. You will also get store credit. The store credit does not have to be spent all at once. I do like to spend at least $100 at a time though because you get free shipping. Oh, and your 10% discount applies to your credit so if you get $200 credit it is like getting $220.
