Catalog "per-print" ground rules?

What’s the latest on upgrading from “per-print” to “forever” - does the per-print purchase count towards the forever upgrade?

This is from September, so I’m not sure how accurate it is. They might have changed this.

note that we don’t currently have a way to re-buy a single print, or to upgrade from a single print to an unlimited license. That’s a little embarrassing, but we decided not to hold launch until that was done.
