Comic Character Brought to Life

I created a character a while ago while drawing on my iPad, and it is fun to see him come to life and staring back at me every day. I got inspired by YouTube videos by BeeJayDel. He does comic characters, but also shared his process of creating one on the Glowforge. Here are the results of mine from finished piece, the process, and the original artwork.
He now watches over me at the top of my monitor to make sure I don’t mess up my work.

This is always the most fun! Seeing the creation come to life.

That has been the dream, but still working to make that happen. Unfortunately, real job takes priority. I actually build lasers. Thank you!

It took some customizing to fit him to my monitor, but I can definitely share the inkscape SVG file so you can modify to fit your monitor, since all monitors are different.

I will also show assembly images. Perhaps others could share a better way to assemble. Always learning.
