Hello,
My GF arrived last weekend and I could not be more excited. Before its arrival, I had day-dreamed of hundreds of things I could start with, but settled on an idea presented by my family’s church in Raeford, NC.
The church which was established in 1864, and will hold its first annual Heritage Awards ceremony for African-American History Month. When I heard of the event, I agreed to help by taking on the task of making at least one of trophies with my GF. Despite her skepticism, sister suggested I create its Lifetime Achievement Award. After getting a sense of what the church might like, a few test cuts, and learning how to manage the settings, I came up with this.
Not bad for my first time out and looking forward to my next project.
