Nice story and great designs! But don’t cut more vinyl or your :glowforge: (and maybe you) won’t last long. You can try to imitate them using black acrylic and sanding paper.

Your Acanthus leaves are fabulous in the many places you used them. I would love to know what you did to make them. Did you do the work in inkscape?

My GF has broken in 24 june.
The problem is in software.
But you support can do nothing((((((
They do now what hapend wiyh GF and asken me to send it back to US!
But it is imposibule. It will cost so mach that i can bay a new GF.
Understand me please - 3 years of waiting! and he broke in 3 months of work !!!
The problem is not physical. This is a software problem. He starts only from a certain position and then makes a calibration. PROBLEM IN THE SOFTWARE.
Rewrap it and everything will be fine.
Please do this because it’s no longer funny! 3 years! no discount (current customers buy for the same money)! broke in 3 months.
RESTORE SOFTWARE please

Sounds like we have pretty much the same failure. Mine will be replaced under warranty but that’s not really the solution. No news on what causes the error.

Hope you get yours replaced too!
