Super basic: for those times you want to get smaller pieces under the camera and lined up straight. The steps are all 1", kerf corrected for 1/8" Baltic birch ply. Use the pair together for max parrallelness . Score the black lines, cut the red.
Oh, nice, I’ll add these to my triangles, t-squares, and other jigging bits.
Oh hey, thanks! I could use that.
Genius in its simplicity.
Very handy, thanks!
Many thanks! this will come in handy…
Thanks
That looks handy.
Move jig for great justice!
Love it! Thank you so much!
Very nice. Thank you
Great idea! thanks for sharing
how do i get the file? I’m new and just trying to cut what ever I can for practice. Does this give all the settings I should use. That is where I find by biggest learning curve (and scary!). LOL
In most browsers (you should be using Chrome) right click the drawing in the first post and select save as.
good thinking.
No, that will depend on what material you use. If you are using something Proofgrade, simply select a score for the arrows and numbers and cut for the outsides.
I just now have gotten around to doing a couple of sets and realized that besides what they are designed for they will make a great substitute for a banana when photoing things.
Hi @kmc333 :), @markevans36301 has already answered all your questions (thank you!).
Don’t be scared, it’s really fun and easy once you get a few basics down - on my machine, 1/8" Baltic Birch ply works very nicely with the default PG Medium Maple Ply settings and that’s what I used to score and cut these. The way the file is set up you’ll get 2 steps that default to “cut” if you’re using a PG material. Use “set focus” and just change the first step to “score” and you’ll be good to go. (the way GF reads colors automatically puts black before red).
lol !
Thank you very much
You should remove your personal details from that post…
I dont think i thanked you for this suggestion! That is dangerous.
Thank you,
Kim
Great Idea. How can it be downloaded?
