We’ve tried a number of living hinge designs at the office - be sure to test them, as we’ve found most do not, unfortunately, work very well. The classic staggered line one is terrific, though.

If only I had seen this post a month back, would’ve saved 5’ x 5’ sheet of Baltic Birch . Straight staggered lines are by far the best.
