I think if you’re just making an item as a gift or for yourself, it doesn’t matter. If you’re selling it, then it does.

Technically they can. but they probably wouldn’t go after a one-off. But the OP is selling the files on his store. Will they go after him/her? Who knows. But the damages whether you sell 10 or 1000 wouldn’t be worth it to me.

I made the hotels roughly the width of the spaces, just under 1.5".
