Customizable scalloped box

Working on some holiday cookie boxes that have different sized inserts, so I put this together. It was only 10 times more work than just making the 3 boxes I needed.

I cut mine on a Silhouette, but this should be equally usable for laser cutting the paper.

I always try to compute the break even point and always fail. Guess I need to make 30 more to make it worth it.

Nice of you to share!

I like to make boxes for goodies! Sometimes I use the Glowforge, and sometimes the Silhouette. :slightly_smiling_face:

I do this to myself every year… turn something like “put cookies in box” into a project that takes 2 hours to make one box between all the cutting and weeding and aligning and taping and gluing and fighting with the recalcitrant machines. One down, 14 more to go…

If your efforts are not fully appreciated by the recipients it is by us. Very nice execution.

Thanks for sharing. Your boxes turned out great. I love Cuttle but don’t use it near it’s potential.

It looks great, I think you meant you have 15 more to go… I can send you my address.

Nice job! I did something similar this year, also using Cuttle: an Advent calendar.

This was one of two boxes (days 1-12)

I used the local library to print the oversized topper on their large-format printer

Cuttle made the whole thing relatively easy.

Thanks for the scalloped boxes!
