Working on some holiday cookie boxes that have different sized inserts, so I put this together. It was only 10 times more work than just making the 3 boxes I needed.
I cut mine on a Silhouette, but this should be equally usable for laser cutting the paper.
I do this to myself every year… turn something like “put cookies in box” into a project that takes 2 hours to make one box between all the cutting and weeding and aligning and taping and gluing and fighting with the recalcitrant machines. One down, 14 more to go…
It always gets a tedious in the middle of the production process, but I find tedious repetitive tasks kind of relaxing. Maybe it’s my ADHD. I especially like getting to the point where I’ve optimized all the steps and I can do it well on autopilot.
I wasn’t expecting that ending! Nice tape gun! I only have the little ones (which I forget about, and just cut it off the rolls I bought at Michael’s).
