Do I need to adjust any settings when cutting acrylic with 3m double sided adhesive? Or is it thin enough that it will cut through with the PG settings?

The tape is probably pretty thin, and PG settings are aggressive and overpowered so I am guessing it’ll be ok.
But that’s the trick, it’s just a guess. To know for sure, you can do a really simple material test and get away from PG settings entirely. Check out #6:

I have had no issue cutting acrylic with 3m two sided adhesive applied.
