Hi Matt - I cut my bottom out Saturday afternoon. Did some sanding then fired it up - worked perfectly. Check out my IG @pmwoodstudio for some pics and action engraving some bowls I turned on my lathe.

That looks amazing! The red ceder turned up so well, and the laser treatment didn’t char. That is a super nice way to add a professional finish to the product. And now they can be nice and deep bowls. :slight_smile:
