Deal on cutting board

I usually lean on Ross for cutting boards, but this one does look nice.
My prior experience with this wood was that it didn’t stay smooth with washing. Unlike the walnut cutting board that I have which is just smooth.
(I’m sure there are many factors, and that was just my one time experience)
