Does anyone know if this is safe to laser? Thanks!
Safe? Probably.
Good idea? I dunno. Those sorts of plastics are not typically known for great laserability. I suspect it’ll melt (or worse might catch fire, but that’s really about your settings) and look janky. Be careful and have fun out there.

Cotton and Rayon are plant-derived and, likely about as safe as wood or paper to laser. I laser polyester film regularly and, it is widely-regarded as safe to laser.
I am unsure about spandex (which is a small percentage there). It’s a synthetic.
Always use good ventilation.
Note that I am just some random person on a forum, not a materials scientist.

Per wikipedia it is a polyester derivative.
