Cute!
You make a layered cake out of rolled up diapers. The layers get wrapped in receiving blankets and a ribbon band. Of course, even diaper cakes need toppers.

It is a baby shower cake (non-edible) made out of baby diapers. This is just to sit on top of it.

Please don’t be offended, because your design is fine, but that cake is possibly one of the most disgusting things I’ve ever seen! The idea of eating baby poop… 
HAHA… you are not supposed to eat it… but I guess you could try if you REALLY wanted to. They ARE clean diapers at this point, but still… not very tasty…
