Different picture or box hangers for people who can't screw straight

so how did you fix it? I’m curious if these would have worked? My mom didn’t hang anything outrageously heavy that I am aware of … but she bought something like this from QVC years ago and absolutely loved them.

understand the sheetrock issue…asked dh to install a new toilet paper holder that could hold thicker rolls and the holes didn’t match up (between old one and new one) and ended up with a hole in the sheetrock.

Going to have to play with this to figure it out as I’m a visual learner and I want to make sure I understand all the varieties in that picture… :wink:

IIRC, I used a larger expanding clamp style anchor on one side vs. the “e-z” style screw in ones I had originally installed, which allowed me to straighten it up.

I would never use those wire style hangers. If it’s light enough for wire like that, I just use an appropriate nail.
