I recently “purchased” the monthly free design (Discovery) and downloaded for printing. All went well until I reached the 4th panel asking for Acrylic vs plywood. At first the pattern loaded correctly but I had to change materials and when I did the design disappeared. I attempted to reload the 4th panel and to my surprise, not really, the image said it loaded but no art on the screen. In other words the image was inadvertently deleted (not intentional for sure) never to be seen again. I have attempted to redownload the file to no avail. Where is the Design Library these “purchases” are located and how do I recover this “deleted” file. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
