As an early adopter of this fabulous machine, I’m glad y’all are still around a decade later too 
This last January update was a Disaster, both my GF are down now for hours , You should have a immediate back up to the older one ready to go for times like this when its so widespread . UGH !
It’s not a software update that this section is addressing…it’s an update on the status and any news about Glowforge the company itself. If you sign up to receive notices about problems,downtime, etc. you will receive emails to keep you updated so you won’t have to just make stuff up.
In this January Update, could we have an update on the status of the crash that seems to be affecting a large number of users (self included)?
Mine is down as well! It’s been stuck in homing mode for about 15 hours now
