I finally used the screens from the xtool that I bought a year ago (in the since I don’t have an xtool) and cut out the screen and stapled it to a cut out of wood.
How thick is the screen? Can you make something like an embroidery hoop, where the inside piece fits snugly inside the outside piece? If the wood were thin enough so it doesn’t hold the screen up too far, it might work. I’ve never done any screen printing, so I have no idea if something like that would work.
I’m glad to hear you just recently put yours to use also because I still haven’t used mine. lol If you find something that works for a reusable frame, let me know.
