Egyptian Eye bracelets

I made some more molded acrylic bracelets. These are more Egyptian designs. Mixing colors of acrylic was achieved using tight kerf and E600. I used 1/8 black, red, and gold mirror acrylic as my color choice. Keeping a heat gun handy to mold them into bracelets is always god as well. What a fun result. This is the all seeing eye of Horus. One of my alll time favs of ancient Egyptian history.

How well do they flex to get them on and off?

They look great! Nice work with the glue, it can be tricky to keep things neat.

You can just slide them on and off like a bangle. Very smooth transition.

My daughter would just love something like this. I can think of dozens of designs she would go nuts over, and I have tons of material (acrylic).

I have many thoughts and I’m pretty well equipped and informed, but did you use some kind of “form” to shape them?

I need to get a bracelet form, but never took the time to get one. I get it started with a Skinny pop can and then eyeball it from there. You can also use a bangle that you already own and like and wrap it around that. Yes, lots of ideas.

Now have to ask my daughter which beverage can closely matches her wrist!
