Has anyone attempted engraving on the lower receiver of an AR 15? It’s 7075 Aluminum, if that helps. Thank you for any insight!

I removed the crumb tray, as it is too tall otherwise.

Be cautious in what you engrave on your firearm(s) – a “kill em all let god sort em out” type engrave will work against you if someone is injured or killed.
