what masking tape did you use ?
I just started engraving on tiles and came to this conversation to check if I could this on marble too. I have not used masking tape and don’t think there is any need for it. Others may have different experience?
Nice. I originally read it as Engraving Marbles, and thought that would be cool too.
I stand corrected. No need to mask smooth tiles, but definitely should have masked the marble tiles as the smooth surface is still porous to sharpie (more porous on the engraving, but too porous on the non engraved surface, resulting in not being able to clean it up).
