ok, I used the settings you posted. I’m still new to this so what part should I try first or both at the same time? Thank you so much for responding
I’d try both at the same time. Unlike a lot of materials you can’t really hurt it with too much power.
I’d try at least 100 power or even Full Power. And slow it down to 500.
ok thank you! I also noticed the tile posted had a item number different than mine, so I went back to Lowes to get that exact item number to see if that makes a difference. I will try again tomorrow. Ill let you know how it goes 
After seeing the other great looking examples, I have to share my Mom’s day present to my wife. These are our first 4 dogs or fur babies.
This was done on Home depot Ice Beveled 12 in. x 4 in. x 8mm Glass White Subway Tile
