I have the Glowforge Plus.

I am looking at getting these medals from Amazon, and would like to engrave the persons name on the back. I know it will not actually engrave the metal and basically take off the top coating, what settings should I use? Start with settings for a Dog tag and go up or down from there?

If its similar to the coating on your dog tags, those settings should work fine. I would start there and see what your results are. They typically engrave about the same.
