Error Occurred On Your Glowforge

Hi everyone,
For two day nows I keep getting “An error occurred on your Glowforge. Please refresh your browser before printing. It may also help to turn your Glowforge off and then on.”
I have done all the above many times and nothing has worked.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

This is usually a file error (try one of the provided designs, the Gift of Good Measure is the one suggested by support) or a wifi/internet connection issue. There are a few threads in Problems and Support on this.

I had a couple of those over the weekend cutting sheets of Ear Savers. Here’s how I clear them:

  1. Turn the Glowforge off
  2. Sign out of the app
  3. Manually clear all cookies and cached info using the browser’s settings menu
  4. Close/shutdown browser
  5. Start browser
  6. Sign into app
  7. Turn on the Glowforge

YMMV, but this works for me every time. Good luck.
