Evolution of the Eufy Robo-Vac no-snag bumper Pro

Started out 3D printing a few “nubs” to sit on top of my Eufy robo-vac to keep it from going under the couch and getting stuck:

Then one of them snagged on a lamp cord…

Not good. On to the Mark II bumper:

It’s rounded! That won’t snag on anyth…

That’s awesome! Is there anything as satisfying as creating a solution to a perplexing problem?

Wonderful! And I think the GF bumper looks better than the 3D printed ones. Makes it more uniform, like it was supposed to be there! Great job!

Thanks, but the (third-generation) 3D-Printed ones are still there - if you look UNDER the GF piece you’ll see they’re holding the GF bumper on!

Right now I’m printing a TPU (rubber-like 3D-Print material) cover to keep the GF plywood from scratching any furniture legs…

Great! Love my robo vac but it also has its issues (bumps cat fountain and spills it)

This worked out lots better than what I would have done for a solution - lowered the couch.
