Monday - Friday: 8 am - 3 pm PT
Weekends: 10 am - 3 pm PT (New!)
Chat support:
7 days a week from 8 AM - 3 PM PT (Extended hours!)

This expansion didn’t happen overnight. It’s the result of months of planning, hiring, and training. We’ve brought on new team members, each as passionate about Glowforge and making as you are. They’ve gone through rigorous training to ensure they can handle everything from basic troubleshooting to the most complex technical questions.
