Was at Michaels (stupidly planning to airbrush a model with my hand in a cast). Anyway there were some nice basswood blanks (natural looking). So for one of the barns I do sign work for, I made this sign. All the signs I do for them are fairytale themed. Even with the masking paper in place some gunk made it under, so just hit it with the random orbital with 220 grit. Then used shellac on top:
