Could have sworn the Proofgrade was 1/4”. Dang it all!
Otherwise I think it turned out okay. I wanted to have a border of the lid’s underside engraved down so it would “click” into place but I never did quite figure that out. Maybe next time!

How I did it…
Knowing the size of the inside of the box, I cut a square that size and one inside it 3\16 smaller providing that clickable top to this lamp.

I had a piece where I had a tab I wanted to remove. (Unabox) I cut the outline of it out on some cardboard and without moving it put the piece in again and switched layers and cut it out. It was perfect.
I cut out the little rectangle with the “X”.
