They’re all good (2 brothers and a sister). They work hard which seems to equate to doing well for some reason 
(Neither of his 2 roommates his last year graduated - both failed to finish their capstone projects because they spent their time watching Netflix and playing video games while they “got their energy up”.)

That seems typical for kids these days.
One of them told his parents the week before they were leaving to come to graduation…“ummm…don’t come, I’m not graduating…”
One of them was on one of those dreamer-type scholarships where all expenses were paid by an angel donation.
