First Functional Print - Blade Holder fofor

This is my first functional piece. It’s simple but I’m so proud of myself.

It’s a magnetic blade holder for my KNK Orbit Digital Cutter. The machine doesn’t come with storage like my past machines which is extremely inconvenient. When I realized the side is metal an idea formed! Now I can switch blades without misplacing one.

Still have a lot to learn on kerf, the tabs were still loose so I had to epoxy the box together. I love how this turned out.

Nifty. I just bought a blade for my new MPCNC just like this. Used a 3D printed part. But you gave me a good idea for storage out of the cartridge I made. Especially a good place to store the extra knives

Thanks for the great idea. Although I’m not even using my silhouette right now, I have about 5 CB-09 blades (I keep them set for each material), and of course, they are just thrown into a box. This is a much better way to store them.
