Just got my glowforge about a week ago! And these Gnome ornaments are my real project!
I drew the design in Procreate then cut /engraved the design on draftboard. Then painted by hand with acrylic paints. I love how they turned out and can’t wait to make more designs!
Excellent job on your first project. It is obvious you are going to really enjoy having a Glowforge.

Thanks! I did not prime it. Is that something people normally do?
Sometimes, it can helps keep the paint being absorbed and dulling the colors.
