Yes, unfortunately they are only offered for a limited time. (And before anyone asks if anyone will share them, we’re not supposed to. They belong to Glowforge.)
But…the good news is…Glowforge provides designer shared files every few weeks on an ongoing basis…when you see the little Red Dot on top of the gift in the Dashboard next to your name, it means there is a new free file in there that you can download for your personal use. They might rotate these around again some day, or something very similar, so keep checking the little gift when there is a Red Dot on it. (It’s like the Blue Light at K-mart, if anyone is old enough to remember those.) 
The current gift is a cute little Diorama file that you can personalize.
