Frank Lloyd Wright Lake Geneva Inspired Night Light

This night light was inspired by the Frank Lloyd Wrigth Lake Geneva design. My wife created the SVG for the face design, while I created the box. I’ve cut two so far, one from 1/8 ply (shown) and another from 1/8 maple hardware (from glowforge). The hardware one is best as it doesn’t show the plywood edges. The lamp bulb is a standard night light with a white bulb. I cut an acrylic frosted panel to diffuse the light. The lamp stands off from the wall when plugged in and this permits the wall to act as an additional reflector.

The box allows other face designs, which we’ll experiment with later
