I made this sign for myself and my family to remind everyone of the things we normally forget.

I have a printed one on my door that just says “Where’s your wallet?” as my husband would forget it. When we go anywhere, we always ask the questions to each other the questions you have on your sign, except we don’t think about the “off” ones!
