Very cool, especially like the SIM card. I like the QR code version better, for simplicity. The only other thing I might try would be to engrave the bottom of the card with some form of slots and dots, like you’re suppose to insert it into something. Might be a fun option to try. But looks cool as is too.

That looks really sharp! I like the hologram one more, as I think it not only shows up more, but just seems to add a “pow!” to the design. Nice work!
