I was told in an email saying…
“Also, I’ve gone ahead and sent you a gift card for the amount of the starter kit ($150) so you can select the materials you’d prefer. Shipping over $100 is free, unless there’s an oversized handling fee for larger items, so that will be covered.”
I would assume this is a credit, but where would I find it to use?
Usually it will show up in the shopping card after you’ve entered the payment screen (clicked “proceed to payment”.
If it doesn’t, then you should respond to that email with a screenshot of the payment screen so they can see that it’s not there and adjust something on the back end.
