Hey now, not all of us elderly people have any useful space left. The primary limiting factor on my fiber addiction is how much space is available for looms (none!) spinning wheels (one more if it’s small), sewing supplies (none, you hear me, none!) and yarn/fiber (always room for more),
LOL I was thinking of some neighbors of mine. There is one guy across from us who lives alone and probably has extra space, but he’s too crotchety to do something like that.
(And long story but he thinks it was me that turned him into the HOA so he’s mad at us, even though I knew nothing about what was going on and it wasn’t me)
As you note the design is in several places, and it is not a reach that something more stretchable (cloth) could fit in each of those design areas. I had my grandmother’s old umbrella stand in similar decoration and being basically just a cylinder would have been a much easier job. Cobalt blue is the easiest color to use if available, and at industrial scale, easiest to produce.
I bought the xTool screen printing press and was able to put the frame and screen into my Glowforge Basic, after I removed the crumb tray. It did fine cutting the screen, and the screen print looked pretty good afterwards.
The frame will fit onto a regular screen print press (I have a 6-color Ryonet press) . It was designed so it would fit most presses.

Just adding one on to this list: using heat transfer vinyl to make your actual screen is really easy. https://www.speedballart.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/10/Beginner-Craft-Vinyl-Instructions.pdf
