As for the 5 hours, fool with manual settings and get to know the material. I wouldn’t expect something that size to be more than about 1.5 hours with the right settings. Experiment especially with lower lpi, that’s what will really impact engrave times.
Edit: honestly more like 45-60 mins probably. It’ll come down to what looks good to you, though.
