Ouch! The MK2S still a great printer though. Didn’t they give some kind of rebate if yyou ordered within a certain time or upgrade thing?
They gave a $100 off coupon for upgrading or buying a new MK3, but the upgrade would still have been over 500, and the 2.5 option would leave me with practically enough parts to make another one anyway… and while I’d love to have a MK2S and a MK3, I don’t have space right now

I’ve got a Mk2s MMU already, but the Mk3 is just the next step.

Nice, how’s the MMU working? I’d love to get one fitted, but don’t think i’d really use it unless for PVA supports.

If you have it still and have somehow been prised by your friends and family away from your precious, please would one of you post the Declaration of Conformity containing details of the directives and standards used for CE testing?

I’ve produced some nice multicolour prints, witout any issues, only thing I have not tried is soluable supports. but looking on Prusa web site, he is working on a new MMU option that looks better than the current Y block, and it’s 5 colour.
And yes it’s colour not color.

Got my first bill from UPS, £42.47, i guess for the proofgrade, £31.22 Goverment Charges and £11.25 Brokerage charge. delivery date 19th.

Can I ask how you knew where your items were. Should I expect an email from GF with tracking numbers? I know it’s way too soon to expect anything seeing as I only got the email last Friday/Saturday (16/17th March) - just excited!
@Tracey, I got an email from UPS first as I signed up for My Choices, but did get an email from Glowforge with tracking number for the Proofgrade the day before it was delivered, still waiting for any email for the Glowforge itself.
Did anyone set up import settings in the UPS MyChoice dashboard? If so, can I ask what setting you used please?

I got my “free” gift yesterday as well and am in the UK. Seems we both got our Golden ticket last Tuesday, mine was at 18:29. But so far I have no indication in the UPS app of the GF itself or any email. Was yours a Pro?

Well checked the UPS app, and got delivery date for Glowforge / Tray date of 22nd, so Working from home tomorrow in anticipation, no request for payment yet.
Mine is a Basic.

UPS tracker now saying my Glowforge and tray have cleared customs, still no request for any money.

Just had the request for payment for the Proofgrade ‘freebies’ which cost me £42.71 (£31.46 Government Charges and £11.25 Brokerage Charges). Due for delivery tomorrow (22nd March). Unfortunately no news on the actual GF Pro as yet. Was kinda hoping it would be here for around my birthday which is Sunday, so fingers crossed peeps!
