Glowforge “Inc” email? Scam?

Hi all. Today I received an email from Glowforge “Inc”:

In case I didn’t upload the photo correctly, it asked me to rate my recent customer service with someone named Robert Everett. I haven’t used any customer service in several months. I did not respond or click on any links. Any prior emails never had “Inc” in the address. The email did address me by name. My email server is generally good at filtering spam and junk so I’m just checking if that was a legit email (even though I didn’t use customer service). If not, just a warning to keep an eye out for any emails from that address.

I get those after an encounter with customer service / support. However, it is odd if you’ve not contacted them recently. It IS legit though…not a scam

Phishing scams are getting increasingly devious. I got one at my office last week that was almost indistinguishable from automated emails we receive.

Without visiting any links, copy them and paste into a notepad document. Where do they point?

I also like to drill down into the From address. It usually will be a giveaway as well. It’ll be either obviously wrong or so close…yet oddly wrong still.
