Is the machine you are selling a refurbished? If not, when was it purchased?
Per Glowforge warranty page: THE WARRANTY IS THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER’S ONLY AND CANNOT BE TRANSFERRED AFTER THE PRODUCT IS OPENED

Hi, Thanks for the inquiry. It is a refurbished unit, they go over these units thoroughly, and the warranty is transferable.
