I think it is just a cardboard box thingy that you can put your cell phone into and turn it into a virtual reality headset or something.

Requires lenses as well, so your eyes can focus on the screen that close to you face. It was discontinued by Google some time ago, but there are plenty of designs for cutting the cardboard online.
