Very nice, great choice of material. A stone sealer darkens the slate and improves the contrast even more. :+1:
Those images will outlast many generations. :sunglasses:

@PrintToLaser- Thanks for the tip. Do you do it before or after engraving? Some of the glaze posts I have seen talk about the image disappearing if done after.

Do you have a brand/type you recommend?

That’s true, it will repel the water, but the stone isn’t quick to absorb moisture anyway. Any treatment like mineral oil, or commercial “stone sealer” will work,they all darken the stone, but but the contrast is already good, just a matter of preference.
