It was a lot, however, my sister and I take turns on Sundays and do a family dinner for everyone so I’m used to cooking for about 20 every other Sunday . Been doing that for years but I don’t think our kids are going to take over!

we are trying instill some holiday traditions with our girls. so we host Tgiving and Christmas.

I smoked two turkeys over the weekend. we didn’t eat as much turkey as I expected. so some leftovers are going into vacuum bags and the freezer.

I love left over Thanksgiving ‘stuff’. One thing I like is to get some grand biscuits. Put half in a muffin tin, add turkey, dressing mashed potatoes, corn and put the other half on top. Pop in the oven and bake. Warm up gravy and pour over the top when it’s out of the oven…Easy warmed up reused Thanksgiving!
