Hellraiser Box

I am cross posting this from the Halloween contest over on the Discord server. It’s the SVG file for the Lament Configuration / Hellraiser Box I posted over there. There are 2 pieces here (for some reason the forum does not do embedded images in an SVG): The SVG cut file and the PNG with the engraved part on it. The two should line up one on top or the other when imported into the Glowforge app.

The small tabbed pieces are assembled into a square shape and glued to the top to form the lip of the box. The top is the piece with no fingers.

The file is designed to cut two boxes from one sheet.

For the box liner, I used fabric glued to craft foam and then cut it to fit in the glowforge

I love the rounding too… I’m assuming this is sanding with a Dremel or similar and not some technique I’m missing…

Just sanding with sanding blocks. I have a small set I made on the CNC.
