I am hoping to be able to make a mini skate ramp and more (for a fingerboard) for my daughter. Is there anyone for hire that can help us achieve our plans so that we can cut it out with the Glowforge?

There are at least three available for download on Etsy, and many actual ramps. It might be helpful to look through what is currently for sale to more clearly define what you hope to make.
